  Chonchi Heredia  

Asunción Heredia Fernández nace en Granada en 1975.

Es una de las voces más apreciadas en el mundo del flamenco.

Desciende de la familia sacromontana de las Golondrinas, con una amplia trayectoria flamenca en las zambras de este barrio granadino. Es hermana de la cantaora Sara Heredia.

Comienza formándose en los tablaos de Granada para pasar posteriormente a Madrid donde se mete pronto en el mundillo del flamenco y es solicitada por los artistas de más renombre para participar en sus grabaciones, o para acompañar a grandes figuras del baile como Joaquín Cortés, Juana Amaya o Antonio Canales entre otros muchos.

Tal es su reputación que el mismo Paco de Lucía la llamó para trabajar con él.

En 2006 gira con Paco de Lucía por todo el mundo y graba un disco en solitario con el que  comenzó una gira internacional con la que cosechó importantes éxitos.

Es una voz muy solicitada en los tiempos del flamenco-jazz, por Jorge Pardo, Chano Domínguez y otros grupos de corte mas Pop, como Miguel Bosé, Los Rodríguez y Estopa.
